Bell Pharmaceuticals, Inc. acquires the Strategic Management Company out of Minneapolis, MN.

Our company has a long history as a Family-owned pharmaceutical manufacturer, operating continuously for over 75 years as Wendt Laboratories. As of March 2003, we began operating as Bell Pharmaceuticals under new ownership and management.
